My name is Kaylene Warner and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Bartonville, Texas. My office is located directly across from Lantana just minutes outside of Flower Mound, Highland Village, Lewisville, Roanoke, and Denton. I am trained as a Masters Level Clinician and my specializations include eating disorders, relationship challenges, family issues, substance abuse, PTSD/trauma, and depression/anxiety.
I see the therapeutic experience to be one of personal growth. Therapy can help identify strengths and personal successes, which we can overlook. I believe everyone has existing strengths, resources, and problem solving skills. My goal is to enhance one's beliefs in these areas. As collaborators in the process we will identify and amplify these resources and a positive change will occur. I believe that counseling is most effective when insights arise from within, driven by the quest for understanding, guided by an experienced, empathetic, and perceptive therapist. My approach is straightforward, and I am open-minded to really 'hear' and help you work on your concerns. I provide a warm and discerning presence with which to explore the inner workings of your life and to identify and address obstacles that prevent you from engaging in life and relationships, helping you to function more fully. I believe that honesty in the therapeutic setting is vitally important. I strive to create an environment where you can be comfortable and feel a sense of respect, knowing you are in a safe environment to share and work on any area of your life.
